Wyatt Protocol Revisited
Lyle Wyatt Protocol and F.A.S.T.T.T.T.
F ight (Fight)
A ssess (Do I need to fight anymore?)
S can (Do I need to fight anyone else?)
T op-Off (Prepare to fight again)
T ake Cover T reat Injuries – self and others
T alk – Family, Partner, 911 (watch what you say)
The F.A.S.T. acronym is a great example of a tactic that has evolved over the years. It began as Fight, Assess, Scan, Top-Off. Then it began to evolve with Take Cover, Treat Injuries, and then Talk. The truest sign that a tactic is good or valuable is when it evolves.
Keep your head down and keep the faith,
